MAFA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAFA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,186 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIAO2A, MDP1, and MICALL2. Each is linked with MAFA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFA-to-partner and partner-to-MAFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
