Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,114 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF34, CIR1, and VIRMA. Each is linked with MAF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAF1 versus ZNF34 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
