MAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV20OR9-2, MIR4422, and MIR6515. Each is linked with MAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV20OR9-2 grouped by MAF1-low versus MAF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
