MAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,695 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1F, COPZ2, and PLXDC2. Each is linked with MAF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAF-to-partner and partner-to-MAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAF versus PPM1F in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
