MAEA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAEA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,351 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAEA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, WDR1, and HTT. Each is linked with MAEA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAEA-to-partner and partner-to-MAEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAEA versus CTBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
