MAEA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAEA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC105, FAM47A, and LIPN. Each is linked with MAEA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAEA-to-partner and partner-to-MAEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC105 grouped by MAEA-low versus MAEA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
