Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAD2L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAD2L2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MAD2L2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAD2L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LUSC are the cancer types where MAD2L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
