MAD2L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4B, KIF11, and KIF23. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L2 versus UBE4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
