The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRAXIN, PIMREG, and KIF2C. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.
