Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRAXIN, PIMREG, and KIF2C. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L2 versus DRAXIN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
