Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-718P, MTRNR2L2, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.
