Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAD2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.
