Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN2_S304, PRIM2, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with MAD2L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 versus PTPN2_S304 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
