Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, NCAPG, and RFC5. Each is linked with MAD2L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 versus CDKN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
