Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4C46, PGAP2, and PPP1R1C. Each is linked with MAD2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4C46 grouped by MAD2L1-low versus MAD2L1-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
