Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAD1L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAD1L1 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MAD1L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAD1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUAD, and OV are the cancer types where MAD1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
