MAD1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,940 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLA1_T389, HNRNPH1, and EXOSC2. Each is linked with MAD1L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD1L1 versus OLA1_T389 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
