Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,581 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF5, CENPI, and EIF3B. Each is linked with MAD1L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD1L1 versus DNAAF5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
