MAD1L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPIP1, LINC01326, and GTF2IP3. Each is linked with MAD1L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPIP1 grouped by MAD1L1-low versus MAD1L1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
