Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, eIF4E, and PRDX1. Each is linked with MAD1L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by MAD1L1-low versus MAD1L1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
