Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAD1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,354 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Deactivation of mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint, Regulation of metaphase plate congression, and Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with MAD1L1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAD1L1 results are reported.
