MACROD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP1, AKAP1_T533, and HOOK1. Each is linked with MACROD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACROD1 versus AKAP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
