Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,033 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACROD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, COL5A2, and LINC01614. Each is linked with MACROD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACROD1 versus MEDAG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
