MACROD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, WARS2P1, and RN7SL311P. Each is linked with MACROD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by MACROD1-low versus MACROD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
