Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACROD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14, CPLX4, and ASCL3. Each is linked with MACROD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD1 results are reported.
