Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,379 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERRFI1, CRABP2, and HSPE1P8. Each is linked with MACF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACF1-to-partner and partner-to-MACF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACF1 versus ERRFI1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
