MACF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,854 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, FCER1A, and CDCA2. Each is linked with MACF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACF1-to-partner and partner-to-MACF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB1 grouped by MACF1-low versus MACF1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
