MACF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,001 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REEP4, PDE12, and ZNF839. Each is linked with MACF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACF1-to-partner and partner-to-MACF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REEP4 grouped by MACF1-low versus MACF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
