MACC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,634 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf116, MACC1_S19, and MACC1_S533. Each is linked with MACC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACC1-to-partner and partner-to-MACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
