MACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Notch1, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with MACC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACC1-to-partner and partner-to-MACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
