Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,299 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vestibulocochlear nerve formation, Positive regulation of sodium ion transport, and Maintenance of blood-brain barrier. Each is linked with MACC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACC1-to-partner and partner-to-MACC1 results are reported.
