MACC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,487 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC9A3R2, UNC93B1, and TNFSF13. Each is linked with MACC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACC1-to-partner and partner-to-MACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
