Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAB21L3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAB21L3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MAB21L3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAB21L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where MAB21L3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
