Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAB21L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,393 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAB21L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with MAB21L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAB21L1-to-partner and partner-to-MAB21L1 results are reported.
