The most reproducible MAB21L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase.
