Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,602 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, SERPINF1, and SULF1. Each is linked with LZTS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS1 results are reported.
