LZTS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,500 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP6, COL15A1, and NID2. Each is linked with LZTS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTS1 versus TNFAIP6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
