LZTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,311 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, ZDHHC8_S526, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with LZTR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTR1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTR1 versus TRMT2A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
