LZTR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,799 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM4, PAXIP1-DT, and RIPK2. Each is linked with LZTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTR1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTR1 versus CEACAM4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
