Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LZTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAE, PCNA, and SAP30. Each is linked with LZTR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTR1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAE grouped by LZTR1-low versus LZTR1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
