LZTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LZTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTN5, SNAP91, and KSR2. Each is linked with LZTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTR1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTN5 grouped by LZTR1-low versus LZTR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
