LZTFL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTFL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,278 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTFL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, IFT74, and OSCP1. Each is linked with LZTFL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTFL1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTFL1 versus IFT122 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
