LZTFL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTFL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,744 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR93, DNAAF1, and SPATA17. Each is linked with LZTFL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTFL1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTFL1 versus WDR93 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
