LZTFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4307, FTH1P14, and MIR8062. Each is linked with LZTFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTFL1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4307 grouped by LZTFL1-low versus LZTFL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
