Across TCGA cell cohorts, LZIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,818 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R8, FBXO42, and DNAJC8. Each is linked with LZIC in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZIC-to-partner and partner-to-LZIC results are reported.
