Across TCGA cell cohorts, LZIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,950 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZIC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to methionine, Cellular response to methionine, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with LZIC in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZIC-to-partner and partner-to-LZIC results are reported.
