Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYZL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIN2_S458, CCL5, and TYMP_S50. Each is linked with LYZL6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZL6-to-partner and partner-to-LYZL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYZL6 versus BIN2_S458 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYZL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYZL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
