Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYZL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LYZL2 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LYZL2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYZL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and PRAD are the cancer types where LYZL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
