Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,577 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYZL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with LYZL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZL2-to-partner and partner-to-LYZL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region grouped by LYZL2-low versus LYZL2-high in STAD.
