LYZL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYZL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTYMK, RNA5SP155, and MTCYBP32. Each is linked with LYZL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZL1-to-partner and partner-to-LYZL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTYMK grouped by LYZL1-low versus LYZL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYZL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYZL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
