LYZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, DEF6, and CD2. Each is linked with LYZ in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZ-to-partner and partner-to-LYZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYZ versus SASH3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
