Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,008 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIDA, MYO1G, and ARHGEF1. Each is linked with LYST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYST-to-partner and partner-to-LYST results are reported.
